CLIENT: JPMorgan Chase
LOCATION: Washington, D.C.
ARCHITECT: Core States Group
PROJECT DETAILS: The second of two underserved locations, Vericon renovated a former corner store into Chase’s first standalone 3,000 SF branch in the city and only location in Ward 7. Vericon facelifted the exterior of the dilapidated building, making parking lot improvements and painting the building. Inside, the branch received five offices, a community meeting room and a generously sized customer service area with high level finishes including new mosaic accent tile. Vericon also worked with the local utility company to increase the incoming electrical service to serve the current and future needs of the location. The location was so well received by the community that a local organization worked with Chase and Vericon to install a 15’ tall mosaic tile mural on the exterior of the building.
CLIENT: JPMorgan Chase
LOCATION: World Trade Center – Manhattan, NY
ARCHITECT: Core States Group
PROJECT DETAILS: Located within the World Trade Center complex, this 2,500 SF rebuild involved extensive coordination with the Port Authority of NY/NJ and strict adherence to security procedures in order to remain within budget and on schedule. JPMorgan Chase is the only bank operating within the World Trade Center. This state-of-the-art branch comfortably houses signature ATM pods, two teller windows and four offices.
CLIENT: JPMorgan Chase
LOCATION: Washington, D.C.
ARCHITECT: Core States Group
PROJECT DETAILS: As part of their initial expansion into the DC Metro market, Chase had a goal of opening eight branch locations before the end of the 2018 calendar year. Chase/JLL requested that Vericon partner with them to build the Anacostia & MLK branch, located in the historic portion of underserved Ward 8. Vericon renovated two levels of a bar/club to make way for new VIA offices, reclaimed wood customer assist booths and office space on the second floor. As the building is considered historic, Vericon worked with the architect and the historic board to ensure all improvements to the 3,000 SF building complied with the historic requirements, which included relocating the rooftop mechanical equipment to be invisible from the street. The project was completed on-time and on-budget, while allowing for a community event during mid-construction with several Chase executives to announce their commitment to the underserved areas of DC.
CLIENT: JPMorgan Chase
LOCATION: White Plains, NY

PROJECT DETAILS: Vericon was tasked with completing this high-profile, fast-tracked new build renovation within White Plains’ bustling downtown area. This three-story, 3,200 SF Pilot Project showcases the newest set of Chase design standards, including reclaimed wood walls and VIA Wall System. With water intrusion in the basement, Vericon partnered with the architect to develop a comprehensive drainage and waterproofing solution, including two massive 550-gallon sump pumps. Structural modifications were made to the existing building to create a new open floor plan, including the addition of a new elevator and shaft, atrium, staircase, and mezzanine.
