VERICON IS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR THE NEW FERRAROS IN WESTFIELD.
Vericon was recently selected as the Construction Manager for the new three story Ferraros Restaurant in Westfield NJ. Ferraros has been a landmark restaurant in Westfield since 1969 that was severely damaged from a fire this past spring. The entirely new steel framed building is being fast-tracked in partnership with architect Studio 1200 with an anticipated May 2012 opening.
General Construction
Vericon Construction Company performs a significant amount of lump sum general construction work. We are capable of self performing carpentry and demolition work as an added benefit to help control the project schedule and quality.
We utilize the latest technology to manage our projects including Prolog for project management, Timberline for project cost control, and Office for scheduling. Our project managers have complete off site access to our network via Citrix and by using laptop computers with air cards. Our technology ensures an efficient project delivery.
Our management systems would be useless if not for our knowledge of how to build. We are just as adept at understanding the necessity of expediting township approvals as well as utility services, as we are at understanding the critical nature of working in occupied spaces.
