VERICON IS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR THE NEW FERRAROS IN WESTFIELD.
Vericon was recently selected as the Construction Manager for the new three story Ferraros Restaurant in Westfield NJ. Ferraros has been a landmark restaurant in Westfield since 1969 that was severely damaged from a fire this past spring. The entirely new steel framed building is being fast-tracked in partnership with architect Studio 1200 with an anticipated May 2012 opening.

Charles A. DeAngelis
President
Charlie began his career in 1985 after graduating from Villanova University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Charlie is both a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Registered Architect in New Jersey. Charlie's attention to detail and quality assurance, as well as his broad knowledge of both the design and construction process serve as the foundation of Vericon’s mission. As President, Charlie plays an integral role in the development of company strategies and long-term growth plans. Charlie also contributes firsthand to Vericon’s success by managing client projects in the capacity of Project Executive.
Tricia A. Russell
Vice President
Tricia began her career with a degree in Architecture from the University of Miami and a Masters of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University.
Clients often utilize Tricia’s design expertise to assist them in developing their project’s layout and interior design.
Tricia’s ability to successfully organize and manage financial institutions roll-out initiatives is unsurpassed. She has managed several of these projects for Wachovia, Jones Lang LaSalle, and TD Banknorth.

Vice President
Steve has over 15 years experience in the construction industry. Steve has a vast amount of field knowledge which supplements his extensive preconstruction experience. He also has substantial experience in hotel, dormitory and health care construction. Steve’s unwavering commitment to a quality finished product is essential to his role in managing the company’s field operations. Steve also takes the lead in most of our preconstruction services while managing his client base.
