· Vericon was recently selected as the Construction Manager for the new three story Ferraros Restaurant in Westfield NJ. Ferraros has been a landmark restaurant in Westfield since 1969 that was severely damaged from a fire this past spring. The entirely new steel framed building is being fast-tracked in partnership with architect Studio 1200 with an anticipated May 2012 opening.

 

 

 

· Vericon recently completed two of Wachovia Banks first LEED certified branches in the north east. One branch was located in Newton , NJ and Woodhaven, Pa. Both branches include Agriboard wall and roof panels.

· Vericon was hired to reconstruct a new board room and executive offices for The Clearing House in New York City. The large board room provides seating for 24 board members with state of the art teleconferencing capabilities. The project was fast tracked and completed in only 8 weeks.


· Vericon is renovating 9 KeyBank branch banks in New York. These projects include significant interior renovations and are all being completed simultaneously after normal banking hours.

· Vericon has been awarded and has began construction on two TD Bank Branches Holmdel and Toms River, NJ. Both of these projects will be certified LEED Platinum and will be completed on a fast track basis in the fall of 2010. Both projects include significant site work and photovoltaic panels.



· Vericon has been selected as a regional contractor to convert 116 Wachovia branches into Wells Fargo Branches in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This work will be performed after normal banking hours and will be completed by the end of 2010.

· Vericon has been selected as the Construction Manager for Summit Medical Group’s new 30,000 SF ground up Medical Office Building with two levels of underground parking in Short Hills, NJ. This project is in the preconstruction stage and scheduled to start in early 2011.

· Vericon has been awarded and is currently building two new Walgreens stores in Greenbrook, NJ and New City, NY. Both of these projects are slated to open in September 2010.



· Vericon has been awarded and is under construction of Investor’s Savings Bank’s new branch in South Plainfield, NJ.
